Desert Diver is a character design project set in a post apocalyptic world of bugs and fungus.

After a nuclear war, the city of New York turned into a desert-like area with high radiation. Massive nuclear pollution caused local wildlife and humans to slowly mutate, with parasites and fungi becoming enormous and deadly.

The government sealed off the area and strictly prohibited entry. However, rumors began to spread: the radiation also created countless treasures in the desert, containing technology beyond human understanding or medicines that could save lives. Thus, a group of treasure hunters known as The Divers risked their lives to sneak into the The Desert.

However, what awaits them in the end of the treasures is either happiness, wealth, or INSANITY …?
